So a 2&2 is 2 times to the edge & each one held out for 2 mins and 1&4 is 1 time the edge held there for 4 mins.

The way I do it is I get really close, and then I give myself little strokes and/or squeezes in order to keep the sensations going, but not give myself enough to actually cum.
