I was sitting here enjoying my coffee this morning and thinking to myself…

When we were at munch the other night, I spotted someone at the bar that I knew from work – SURPRISE! Now, I don’t think they were there for the kink event, and I don’t think they saw me…. but it got me thinking.
How many people around me are into the kink lifestyle and I don’t know it?
When I’m at work, I am totally professional and completely vanilla. Obviously that’s not how it is in my personal life. I wonder how many others around me at work are in similar situations – vanilla at work, kinky when at play.
Could the quiet receptionist be a hotwife? Could the guy in the mailroom have a full set of impact play items? Could my boss be a submissive who’s locked in chastity right now?
It’s kind of a mindfuck to think of the possibilities!

Who would look at me sat in my wheelchair and guess that I was slave of a Dominatrix…that I’d be physically capable of taking punishment let alone into BDSM?
Aside from the fact those of us who enjoy such unconventional pleasures learn to be discreet and conceal that side of our nature when out in the wider world, most people would probably have a hard time believing what we’re into if we went around wearing t-shirts labelling us as “Dominants” or “subs” etc.
Good point! I guess it’s easier for people within the kink sphere to understand it than others.
